We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our Reputed Real Estate Company. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
- Brief USP of the product to the client.
- Competitor Analysis.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- site visit of the client.
- Provide detail about the properties.
- Regular chase up to old and new leads.
- Aiming to achieve monthly and yearly target.
- Taking customers to the site visit.
- Fill-in the customer data sheet for the entire walk in customers.
- Collecting the application form from the customer while closing the deal.
- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with project team etc.
- Age: 22+
- Pronoun: Male / Female
- Education: Fresher MBA (Sales & Marketing) is also eligible but should be smart and energetic with fluent English spoken skills.
- Experience: 3-6 Years in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate Preferred)
