We are hiring for Academic Counsellor.They assist with course selection, academic planning, and navigating university policies and procedures. They also offer personal support to help students stay on track for graduation and achieve their educational goals. 

Key Responsibilities of an Academic Counselor:

 ● Engage with leads generated through our Web Portals, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
and other marketing channels.
● Contact potential clients (parents and students), understand their educational needs,
and introduce them to our personalized 1:1 online tutoring services.
● Schedule demo classes with qualified tutors and ensure a seamless experience for
both the students and tutors.
● Gather feedback from students, parents, and tutors after the demo sessions.
● Recommend learning packages based on the feedback and learning requirements.
● Convert leads from demo sessions into paying customers by presenting the value of our
personalized learning packages.
● Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

● 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement, preferably in the education
or EdTech sector.
● Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple leads simultaneously.
● Strong focus on customer service and delivering a seamless user experience.
● Proactive and driven to meet sales targets.
● Familiarity with using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
