We are hiring for Tele Sales Executive .They are responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Identifying customer needs and tailoring sales pitches to their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
- Closing Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases and processing orders.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining positive customer relationships for repeat business.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer information and sales data in CRM systems.
- Reporting: Providing updates on sales activities and performance to management.
- Outbound Calling: Contacting potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
- Inbound Handling: Addressing inquiries and providing information to customers who respond to marketing campaigns.
